If youd rather hit the dance floor instead of becoming a guitar god, the newly released Just Dance 2016 has an interesting integration with the iPhone.
While the game is only for consoles, you can use your phone with the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, or Wii U version to act as a controller. No other peripherals are needed. Youll just need to download the Just Dance Controller app.
Along with being used as controller during dancing action, you can even use the app to navigate around the game itself.
If youre havent heard of the popular game series, players get the chance to complete choreographed dances to some popular songs – everything from trending music to throwback tunes.
Heres a sample of some of the tracks you can dance to in the game.
Want to Want Me by Jason Derulo
Uptown Funk by Mark Ronson Ft. Bruno Mars
All About That Bass by Meghan Trainor
Hey Mama by David Guetta Ft. Nicki Minaj, Bebe Rexha & Afrojack

The Just Dance Controller is designed for the iPhone/iPod touch and can be downloaded now on the App Store for free.
While its not as cool as Guitar Hero Live for iOS users, getting the chance to use your phone as a controller in Just Dance 2016 is definitely an interesting and unique idea that further blurs the line between traditional and mobile gaming.
If youre looking for a Just Dance game that can be played using just an iOS device, you can download Just Dance Now for free. Its universal for both the iPad/iPad mini and iPhone/iPod touch.
