With the release and installment of iOS 9.3 came pesty bugs that have affected many users. Among those users, Sprint’s iPhone customers have been experiencing a problem connecting to any LTE data tower and can only access 3G data.

Thursday, Sprint sent out a text message to their customers acknowledging the data connection issue and is working on a way to quickly fix the issue.

“Your iPhone may be having data connection issues w/ the recent software update. We’re working quickly to fix. We apologize for the inconvenience.”

It’s unclear exactly what Sprint will do to fix the issue, but it’s likely that Sprint will offer a type of carrier update for its customers to resolve the problem.

Apple released iOS 9.3 last week during its March event. The latest operating system introduced new features like Night Shift, a more personalized News app, addition 3D Touch functions, secure Notes and more. However, these new features came with bugs that have caused an activation problem on older devices, and a web link bug that causes apps and web links to crash. Like Sprint, Apple has been working on a way to fix these issues by releasing iOS 9.3.1. which is now available to download.
