The wait is finally over; Apple has officially started selling the new version of its Apple TV set-top box that it first announced at its big iPhone 6s press event in September. The first shipments are expected to begin on October 30.
Apple is selling the new Apple TV for $149 for the 32GB version and $199 for its 64GB model. The older Apple TV model is still being sold as an entry-level set-top box for just $69. The new Apple TV includes a new touch surface remote control, microphones so the user can access Siri voice commands and an App Store for downloading apps and games like on an iPhone or iPad.
