Lively’s Update Bring New Life To Live Photos
The latest version of the Lively app has just been released, and with the new update iPhone 6s & 6s plus users will be able to share Live Photos to anyone outside of the Apple platform by converting them to GIFs and sharing them on iMessage, Facebook Messenger, Twitter, Slack, Tumblr and more.
Lively first debuted in the Fall, and was one of the first apps that offered users to turn Live Photos into GIFs. The app lets users make GIF and videos from Live Photos and allows them to control their GIFs by using extensive editing such as: trim, play back, auto reverse and speed control.
In case you’re not too familiar with Live Photos, Live Photos were introduced this past September as a new feature for the iPhone 6s and 6s plus. These photos are used as a way for people to bring photos to life by capturing a few seconds of video and audio when the feature is toggled on.
In addition to the apps update, Lively users will be able to trim the video part of the Live Photo before exporting it to a GIFs and have the ability to make short, looping GIFs, which is similar to Instagram’s Boomerang app. It should also be noted that the app supports 3D Touch, making it convenient to convert Live Photos.
The app in free to download in the App Store with in-app purchases of $1.99.
