In less than two months, Apple will release one of its most talked about iPhones to the public. While the iPhone X offers pretty cool features, some people are concerned about the battery life of the device.
The iPhone X is the first iPhone to sport an OLED display, Face ID facial recognition, vertical dual lenses, wireless charging and more. Something that Apple didn’t mention during the iPhone launch event earlier this month was the battery life on its new flagship.
According to a tweet by reporter Steve Hemmerstoffer, China’s telecommunication authority Tenaa has confirmed that the iPhone X will have a 2,716mAh battery and 3GB of RAM. The battery may not be the biggest battery the iPhone has ever had but Apple claims that it will last 2 hours longer than the iPhone 7. The iPhone 7 Plus sports a 2,900mAh battery which is more than the iPhone 8 Plus which only has a 2,691mAh battery. In other words, the iPhone X has the second largest battery but we’ll see how well the iPhone X battery does during tests and real-life usage when it comes out.
