The MacBook Pro models will ship with a OLED touch-sensitive menu bar that will replace the current physical function keys. The notebooks will sport a thinner chassis and will have reversible USB-C inputs. Apple might integrate Touch ID into the power button, which will be great for making payments with the newly added Apple Pay and other security features.
It’s suggested that Apple will release a new beta of macOS 10.12.1 to make any final changes before the hardware is released with the updated notebooks. Some of the new features added to macOS will support the OLED touch bar and Touch ID.
The MacBook Pro will come in two screen sizes, 13 and 15 inches. The notebooks are expected to be unveiled late October, but this hasn’t been confirmed by Apple.
